No. PTGui doesn't read the list of available interpolators from the
dll (yet). If you want to use them, you must check "show script" and
change the 'i' parameter in the 'm' line.
Pano2QTVR will (hopefully - not tried) use the new interpolators if
you modify the configuration file directly.
