You should consider whether you want to shoot partial (hires)
panoramas or full spheres.

I beleive the D100 has a crop factor of 1.5?
That will make the 16mm lens behave like a 24mm lens then.
Shooting a full sphere with a 24mm takes quite some photo's
That means trouble with moving objects, changing light and
mandatory use of a tripod.

This was my choice for shooting spheres. I haven't tested one
of the 8mm lenses, but decided to trust the raving reviews.
It was a good trade-off between quality and ease for me.
i shoot 6+1+1 on my tripod and 8+1+1 on my monopod and handheld.

I believe the sigma gives you 180 degrees vertical. The 10.5 mm will
give you 90 degrees vertical. That means 2 times as many pixels/degree
if you use the 10.5mm.
