I was having a problem with jerky panning and tracked it down to DSSAGENT.EXE,
a spy program from Mattel. Every 30 seconds or so, my system would peak at 100%
cpu usage and 50% resource usage for about 10 seconds. (Running NT 4.0)

Look in your WINDOWS or WINNT directory for a directory called BBSTORE. If it's
there, then run the uninstall program from the link above.
