If you feel you are harvesting nothing but blame for your actions and are
not recognised for the big (picture) deeds
you have accomplished, consider handing over your legacy graciously. Dont
be guilty of doing what you have accused Bert of doing. Quit outright on
the spot. This work of yours and ours is far too important for that.
As a leader you are reponsible for your own legacy and the well beeing of
your years long work and passion. Dont waste that in the heat of the
moment. Sleep over it.....again.
