Um, sorry from my side. The book is called "High Dynamic Range Imaging"

It is often referred as "The Book" or "The HDR-Bible" ;-)
Picturenaut should also do a decent job, similar to the binary i used.
The reason why i didn't use Picturenaut lies in the nature of my
workflow, which is drag&drop style with multiple images.
