If you're using PTools 2.5a you will have this problem.  Use the latest 
official release (not the test version) where the optimizer is included in 
PTStitcher. PTGui sends the scripts to PTStitcher and doesn't seem to work 
(yet) with the standalone PTOptimizer from the 2.5a test version.
