I wasn't talking about RSS, I talked about a good old usenet (NNTP)
newsreader. The interface is IMHO way better than any mail client.
There are thunderbird extensions to get threads with my messages
highlighted and other possibilities.

..and so do I. However, nabble is nice if you are not at your home
computer and the newsreader possibility with it's threading interface
is really great to catch up after a longer absence. I've added a

The question was about how to get rid of the yahoo junk at the bottom
of a mail. nntp://news.panotools.org and nabble are two solutions.
