PTGui tends to cluster it's automatic control points more in the center of the images.
Therefore, are you adding additional control points manually at the tops and bottoms of
the images and re-optimizing? Also- dont forget to remove "bad points" too.
If your nodal point setup is indeed correct, you shouldn't have these issues when control
points are set and optimized effectively.
