| Subject: | Java: Text in applet tag |
Hello, must be a very long time since I last visited my PTViewer based pages with Java disabled: The text inside the applet tag (pointing users to the Java download location) doesn't show up any more. Seems as if modern browsers now ignore anything between <applet> and </applet> if Java is not enabled or installed. Does anyone know a convenient way to enable this feature again or otherwise display some text in this case? I can do it with div layers or div with overflow:hidden of course, but I suspect that will give weird results with older browsers. If possible without javascript. -- Erik Krause http://www.erik-krause.de ------------------------------------ -- <*> Wiki: http://wiki.panotools.org <*> User Guidelines: http://wiki.panotools.org/User_Guidelines <*> Nabble (Web) http://www.nabble.com/PanoToolsNG-f15658.html <*> NG Member Map http://www.panomaps.com/ng <*> Moderators/List Admins: #removed# Yahoo!
