Thread:
Many thanks for the replies. I should have put up a post at the start
of the week which would have probably saved me all the excitement of
working with the lasso and clone tools non stop.
I have the NN3 set up using the specs from the NN website for my
camera and lens and tried a few tests myself from online tutorials.
In my ignorance I didn't even understand what the horizontal and
vertical shift boxes were for and so never used them. Using my regular
method and now ticking the shift boxes certainly cleaned up a lot of
the mess. Using the Ctrl+Alt+Shift+G to add control points to just 2
images at a time seemed to fine tune the alignment issues even more
which was great. Had no idea that method was around.
Now use either smart or ptgui blender.
I will look into Using a template to set up the lens and image
parameters. More reading up to do on that one.
Thanks also for the info on the 360P heads. They certainly do look the
part ;-)
All the best,
Andrew
