Ken, This helps when image 1 has an overlap with image 2 and with image 3, say, and image 2 overlaps 3 and 4. The unfettered control point generator generates points for all these overlaps and this may not be appropriate, given that one may prefer to have the points at roughly equal angles of yaw (because the entrance pupil may vary in position for light rays entering the lens at different angles to the optical axis). Restricting the generator to generating points between nearest neighbours solves the problem, i.e. 1-2, 2-3 etc. John ------------------------------------ -- <*> Wiki: http://wiki.panotools.org <*> User Guidelines: http://wiki.panotools.org/User_Guidelines <*> Nabble (Web) http://www.nabble.com/PanoToolsNG-f15658.html <*> NG Member Map http://www.panomaps.com/ng <*> Moderators/List Admins: #removed# Yahoo!
