Hi Roger, thank you for your help.
Very strange that you didn't see the preview during loading, but also
no blue loading bar in the upper left corner as well?
Not seeing the preview on a fast computer when the pano is loaded from
the browser cache is quite normal, but not on the first visit. You
appear to be on a T1 connection, which is not very common, but I
cannot imagine that to be the cause unless data delivery is extremely
fast, which over this distance is highly unlikely.
Perhaps using Flash10 in stead of Flash9 would improve loading
behaviour? The viewing experience itself is vastly improved by using
Flash10, so I'd urge anyone to upgrade anyway!
This (simple) test was about the interaction between the embedded
hotspots in the seperate panos in the set and the layout map of the skin.
Pano2VR's proxy hotspot concept and 'inherited' skins offer wonderful
possibilities, and is astonishingly easy to use! It will be VERY
interesting to see how Thomas is going to implement directional sound
in this system, and if he succeeds in adding content protection for
.swf output as well (domain- and time limitations), Pano2VR really
becomes unbeatable in this field!
Kind regards,
Erik Leeman
