Is Facebook searchable?  Is Facebook able to be local so you can refer 
to that information anytime or anywhere?  Can you view thousands of 
messages back to the first one if you need to find something?  Can you 
be on Facebook without divulging private data and having yourself 
tracked everywhere you go?

And you said it yourself above when you used the word archive.  Facebook 
is anything but an archive of useful information.  The best comment I 
ever heard in relation to Facebook is "Facebook is for blabbing about 
your cat."
