A gallery section comprised of member contributions would be a good for the
site and the authors of the work. A link back to the contributors site could
be a subtle form of advertising.
I can act as a conduit and the glue to keep the project focused but I will
need everyone that can to pitch in and help get this done. I don't want to
spend another year living under Yahoo's roof.

Very good move to finally have one - more flexible than Yahoo Groups -
point where all PanoTools interests are coupled together.
Additional to the suggestions by Sam, I'd recommend a workflow section
where different sample workflows for different setups and requirements
are given. Including information on the steps or links to members'
homepages with information about a certain step.
