As far as I can see the only way to reduce CA in DCRaw is to use the same way as I did in Photoshop way back in 2002 before Ca reduction in Camera Raw existed. Not really a way to do it today but if you really want you can just find the factors in Photoshop first using your eye.
Enlarge the raw red and blue layers by the given factors, typically 0.999 to 1.001, to correct chromatic aberration.
