PTGui & radial shift and control points

Hi,
Using PTGui, I have noticed that after making changes at start to images with radial shift, these changes don't register before I use the Control points so there is a little ambiguity near radially shifted images.
The changes take effect on the finished pano - I'm guessing that ptgui doesn't reload the corrected files for its own ends.
Is there something I'm doing wrong?
