Dynamic conversion of QTVR-Pages for SPi-V

I have written a PHP script as an addition for Aldo's "qtparser"-package.
It will dynamically convert your HTML-page from Quicktime to Spi-V using
the same size as the original movie.

For better navigation, the script also inserts Aldo's Toolbar template.
Please note: The conversion will refuse to work with non-local files (it
even won't work with files in a different directory).
As the conversion is very CPU-intensive for the webserver, i currently
try to adapt qtparser.php to cache the cubefaces and XML-file on the
webserver's harddisk.
