PTAssembler Problem

I've been using PTAssembler for over a year with great success making large rectilinear prints. Recently a problem developed. The program would complete the conversion of all the images, then when it does the converting TIFF to PSD, it gets to 7% and then the computer freezes evertime. The program becomes non-responsive and I need to restart it. Has anyone experienced this or knows what the problem might be. To add, about a month ago, I got a virus on my computer, but since beleave I have completely cleaned it up. This problem started just after that happened. Also, I've reloaded all the latest versions of PTAssembler, PTstitcher, pano12.dll and that hasn't help. Thanks
