What's the best way to crop the fisheye image? I have tried cropping the
images in Photoshop, then stitching, leaving out the "mx" and "my"
parameters. I also tried writing it in the script then stitching. The script
below is cropping, (mx1175 my1175) but I'm wondering is it enough. As you
can see I also had the "u" parameter in it (wasn't sure where to put it so I
put it in all the lines) and I took it all the way down to 10 and all the
way up to 250 with no luck. There are slight variations in the images, but I
was expecting a slight mismatch if anything.

1. Crop your fisheye images.
2. use the "u" parameter to adjust your "blending" of seams

Good Luck !!!

Subject: blending question

Hi All,

I've been lurking on this mailing list for the last few months and have
picked up quite a few tips, and for that I would like to thank you all. But
the time has come for me to ask a question. I am stitching two photos made
from a Nikon 950 camera and 8mm fisheye lens. I have the alignment down pat
but get dark lines where the seams are. Can anyone share their "secrets" or
"tips" on how to edit the panorama using Photoshop 5.0 to blend the seams so
they can't be seen. I adjusted the Gamma correction in my scripts and it
didn't help. Do I have to adjust my script to lessen the overlap or can I
blend it in Photoshop. Any help would be appreciated.

Jim
