PanoTools:
List etiquette
Kevin Kratzke 2006-May-26 03:16:09
Every once in a while we need to be reminded of the important
things. Right now seems to be one of those times for this list so
when posting, please keep these thoughts in consideration:
1. Never write while angry. If you have something disparaging to
say, write it down, wait a day and re-read it. Is what you wrote
really the best way to express yourself? If you feel it is and you
feel you *must* say it, do so privately. Chances are the world does
not need to know.
2. Keep your side of the street clean. You may have a point in your
post. Don't let it get lost in a rant.
3. Finally, something I learned from my pets. Enjoy the simple
things. You can have a lot of fun with a stick or a ball. How does
that apply to this list? When you are at or nearing retirement
chances are you won't be saying "I wish I spent more time reading the
Panotools list."
So keep it civil. Keep it fun.
