No need to Plan B, John, simply return to previous state,
no needs for 2 groups.

Another idea is that the PanoTools list focuses on photographers that want
to work with the open source developers and help provide feedback. The
PanoToolsNG group can focus on peer photographer to photographer support and
experience sharing.
This way both list can survive and allow topics to flow more naturally and
on topic. The first thing I did was to delegate the administrative tasks for
the group in a form of help wanted adds. I can then work on adding more
features to the site to help the process work better. I'm a programmer by
trade and photography is a secondary love.
Lets give the PanoTools list and group web site a chance to work the way it
is and run by volunteers. I have no plans to destroy or do anything that
would impede our progress. Once things start moving forward you will start
seeing post like "Have your heard from John, what's he working on these
days? Haven't seen a post in over a month"
John
