Sorry, I was confused and went the other way around. Looks like its going to
be at least 15-20 minutes for cubes to pano at 7000x3500

LOL! I figured you meant like 5 or 10 minutes, when you said long. Not two
hours.

I’d recommend, downloading the scripts again in case you added a bunch of
zeros perhaps in the wrong place.

It looks like dosup only takes output width as the argument.. What do you
put?

I put 2000 and got output in about 2 minutes.

Equirectangular images

Hi Eric,

There must be a problem but I haven't figured it out yet!
To convert the equirectangular to six cube faces takes less than a
minute using Pano2Cube DOSUP script.
To do the inverse using Cube2Pano DOSUP script takes more than an 2
hours!!! (at this point I hit the cancel button)
If I use Erik Krause PTGui template it takes about a minute to assemble
the 6 cube faces to equirectangular format.
Both use the same PTStitcher!!!
I downloaded the last Panorama Tools version from Jim Watters web site
and both apps use the same PTStitcher!

So, something must be wrong, I just don't know what it is!
At this point Cube2Pano DOSUP script is useless because of the hours
long wait for each conversion.
Will use Erik Krause PTGui template for now but would prefer just have
some drag&drop action!
Can someone else try to convert an equirect image to 6xcube using
Pano2Cube DOSUP script and back again to equirect using Cube2Pano DOSUP
script to see how long it takes?
I think Eric Gerds script shouldn't be taking like forever to do this
conversion! So probably is the problem is here on my PC!

Os melhores cumprimentos,
Best regards,
