PanoTools: One more for Jeffrey Martin about prague360 (OT) Andrew 2005-Dec-14 21:22:50
Hi jeffry

Any chance you could give me some pointers as to how you linked the
hotspots from within zoomify for flash to open the target in the
frame just next to it. The url entry in zoomify just seems to give
me the option of opening another page? Is it something to do with
blank pages or a nice little bit of text after the url?

I have a frameset containing 2 pages, zoomify is in the left frame
and stays where it is (as does yours) and the right frame is there
to load each page that contains a panorama and it's text (mine are
both on the same html page). I struggled with the iframe thing so
thought this method would be the easiest for me. My first project
was to do the whole thing in flash and make a big interface thing
but I couldn't get the hotspot in zoomify to load a movie in an
empty movie clip. Flash is fantastic but so time consuming to get my
head round it :-( I do want to complete that method at some
point though as it's really interesting

Hope to hear from you

Andrew
