PanoTools: Lack of Advanced tutorials smarfingerfeulcher 2006-May-22 19:40:47
I've put several posts here and in one other forum seeking more
information as I endeavor to move my skill levels up (and shorten
production time while getting better results!)

Several folks have very kindly replied with very helpful snippets that
all add up.

At this point I seem able to handle cylindrical panos decently and
reasonably quickly--but I'm not at all satisfied with Zeniths and nadirs.

I suspect that some of my problems come from a lack of understanding
of all the tools within PTGUI and how they work together. I'm also
confused when the tutorials are based on editions of PTGUI that
present these options in different ways.

I'd be delighted to pay for a disk based textbook that really spelled
out all the options, what they do and how to use them.

How about it Panostar and Eric and other experts?

And in the interim, any tutorials that deal with stitching the
Zenith/Nadir would be appreciated (Links, I mean,,,,)

Thanks!
