It seems that some internal pano12 rearrangment in 2.8.4 to make
PTmender more efficient has broken PTStitcher. Since PTStitcher
can't be fixed, these changes will have to be reworked, so expect a
2.8.5 release fairly soon.
You can download a recent pano12.dll that does work with
PTStitcher.exe from Max Lyons' site.
