Server Financing Idea

I think I have an idea to eliminate having to ask for donations to support
the group server. The PanoTools group will offer shared hosting to it's
members. Open source projects like Smartblend that need a home won't be
charged. Someone on the list can administer the billing and keep the books.
To keep it simple, the hosting should be invoiced annually. This way the
project gets funded by the members without me begging for bucks.
