V2.8.0 (MinGW version) from http://photocreations.ca/panotools/index.html is reliable and well proven. Install in c:\windows\system32 on XP. If you are using vertical and horizontal line control points (t1 & t2) to identify vertical and horizontal features, you must use the Panorama Tools optimizer as PTGui's own optimizer does not support them.
