After reading all this on Ipix, Sorry, but I have to add my 2 cents. Sung
Chung hit the nail on the head as far as Ipix's soft spot. If they're
serious about building a small financial empire, They'll go through hell to
protect their Stock prices and Publicity concerning the public's view of
their company.Taking nothing away from the people on this list, but it is a
very small and unkown of group as far as investors and the stock exchange
go. I'm not going to pretend I know anything of professional value on the
subject. But it seems clear, that if there is previous art on record and
with Ipix's vulnerability to it's shareholders, it's hard to believe that a
Lawyer wouldn't take the case to sue Ipix for a share of the damages and
turn this thing around to the Offensive.(Are there no Publicity people or
lawyers on the list?) This is only my opinion. And we should'nt create
ulcers for Helmut without first, Prof. Dersh, deciding whether he needs them
or not.
