problem with pan Control

Excuse me for my bad english, but i have a question for you.
I have installed the "Panorama Tools".
Executing filter->pan controls->(every filter) i have this message "Could
not load buffer" and sometimes "Error opening image file" too.
Instead executing filter->panorama tools-> (every filter) all is ok.
This problem happen whit PS5LE and PS6 and Gimp (?!?)
I have used pano12.dll (PanoTools 2_1 352kb 05/09/00) in c:/windows/system
directory.
