Hello to all,
I would like to introduce new template codes/JavaScripts/images for
PTViewer. If someone remember, year ago I publish simple toolbar for
PTViewer. I make it in 5 minutes, because self was need something to use
for navigate. Now in my 'All-in-One' pack you all can find:

Panorama Sample
Release 1.0 includes:
- AutoDetection with JavaScript;
- call panorama with PTViewer;
- call panorama with QuickTime;
- call help both for PTViewer and QuickTime viewers.
Additional you can find here:
- new toolbar buttons for PTViewer (in any combinations for use + source PhotoShop file);
- two skins for PTViewer - 'Steel' and 'Gold' (with source PhotoShop file, and also here is draft for 'wait screen');
- favicon.ico with readme, both for use in your server, or as icon for executable panoramas;
- new version of popular banner for PTViewer (standard size 88x31 non- and animated, idea by ... let me know please)

spelling mistakes, so please correct me. Also please report errors
