PanoTools 2.5b0 for MacOS

This version of PanoTools comes with sources
for the library file pano12.lib. Otherwise,
it is almost identical to version 2.5a1
with some bug fixes, and with limited FOV
for fisheye processing.
The library can be build with free tools
(MPW and MRJ). This is not trivial if
you have never worked with them. This release
is meant for testing the sources-distribution,
please report your experiences, and whether
your self-made library works.
