Yes, I dragged ptstitcher.exe (from the Ptgui edition) onto the Panocube
shortcut several times and now get the message "you don't have to do this
anymore (or close)". When I drag the tif file that was output from Enblend
to the shortcut, there is a quick (like a blink) flash and nothing. I also
generated a jpg image in Photoshop and got the same results. When it works
right, do you see a dialog box? Where will the output go to - same folder as
input? PC-XP Pro SP1.

Did you first drag PTStitcheron it, as described in the readme? 
Panocube does need an equirectangular, no cylindrical. It has the 
only purpose to convert equirectangular to QTVR mov. You can't do 
anything else with it. PanoCube Plus has some additional features but 
does not deal with cylindrical either.
