Indeed this is an known problem maybe you can improve the results with
the following settings:
Try setting
/ransac:1 and eventually /search:1

Hi,
This might have been on the list before, but I wonder if anyone has
gotten autopano to put control-points all along the seam between two
images taken with fisheye lens?. I use the DX10.5 nikkor lens and the
controlpoints end up in the center of the image.
