Pleinpot Web Page Creator

I believe many of you use Pleinpot to generate web pages. Last week I
purchased a license but have not received a registration code. I have also
not received a reply to three emails forwarding proof of payment and
requesting a code.
Has anyone else had difficulty in obtaining a registration code?
