PanoTools:
Is the Manfrotto 300n accurate enough for template stitching? + tripod Question.

Is the Manfrotto 300n accurate enough for template stitching? At the
moment I am using a Nodal Ninja 2 which is great, but the accuracy of
the rotator is a bit hit and miss (I notice that it has been improved
with the latest version). I was thinking about attaching the NN arm to
the 300n rotator base.
Also, I am currently using a Manfrotto 055 tripod which I intend to
change for something with a self levelling ball head. I know the 755b
is very popular but wondered if anyone was getting away with a
Manfrotto 190pro, this would be a much lighter alternative.
Any feedback would be appreciated.
Thanks.
