I have uploaded the two example videos to Google. There should be no
problem now (Unfortunately I screwed up one of the other videos which
has now magically dissapeared).

It is essentially the "adjust"-plugin with modifications to read and
write videostreams. I have to set up a script similar to the
Stitcher-script and the whole video is converted in one session (~5min
video/ 1 hour processing). The conversion either uses global
transformation parameters or per-frame options with special commands
for motions (pan/zoom etc).

The current version is a commandline utility compiled for Linux, which
uses the pano12-library. It should work on all platforms and I am
planning to publish it after some more tests.
