The body is just the one I have. I used a 50 mm lens because I needed a 
lot of detail because I knew that the finished image was going to be 
printed huge. I think the final image was created using 125 10 mp files. 
The tiff I transmitted for printing was over 2 gb if I remember 
correctly. It took about 12 hours to upload over my cable connection to 
the Internet.

I have the older Bogen/Manfrotto tripod head. I think its model 3002 or 
something like that. It's too heavy for backpacking work, but is very 
solid and is good for use on windy days.
