Bracket Stiffener

Hi all,
This is a little off topic-I think we had reviewed this subject a few
weeks ago. During our discussion I believe some one mentioned that
there was now an attachment (a stiffener maybe?) for the Manfrotto
303sph pano head. Does anyone know more about it? I use that pano head
and I would be interested in seeing how Manfortto address the small
amount of "flex" that the larger DSLR's place on that unit.
