PTObject is a small object viewer that uses
PTViewer to display 3D-objects in front of
panoramic backgrounds. A simple multi-image
viewer (like qtvr/FreedomVR/Nemeng etc) has
been implemented as feasibility proof. More
sophisticated true 3d-viewers can use the same interface,
which will be published as API-documentation.
See <http://www.fh-furtwangen.de/~dersch/object/Object.html>
for an example.

This example uses 200 rendered images (POVRay example)
for a full 360x180 degree object/panorama view.
They are downloaded while the first ones are displayed
so you may have to wait somewhat to get the
whole scene, especially large tilt views.
Transparency data are not handeled well on some
older Netscape versions.

PTObject will be distributed with PTViewer 1.7
(end of this week). Then you can add outdoor
views of houses or other objects to your virtual
tours.
