You have tried to convert fisheye images having field of view
larger than 160 degrees. This is not supported in PanoTools 2.5.
To be able to process these images, you can either
- change the sources (included in the distribution) and build
your own unlimited version of the PanoTools library
file 'pano12.dll', or
- wait until someone is doing that for you, and posts
this version for download.
