To me this is a complete waste.
Bad viewpoint, bad lighting, bad sharpness, bad framing.

But they seem to have a sponsor, probably Dr. Clauss who builds the Rodeon heads: http://www.dr-clauss.de/AFBmediaGmbH_DE.htmProbably 

I wouldn't want to shoot such a picture even for money, though ...

I'd rather like the one from Jeffrey, even with the drunk buildings, hehe.
