Bug in 2.5 Remap (Mac) - details

Here's a little more detail. In the following link you'll see a "before"
picture. 16mm full frame veritcal. Then a screen shot of the Remap dialog
box showing my settings (also "Display cropped/framed image"). Then the
resulting image.

This is with version 2.5 of Ptools for Mac. I tried version 2.2 and 2.0 with
the same results.
I'm pretty sure I was using this with success some time ago. Especially with
version 1.9.2. I'd try that again except I can only find the Pano12.lib for
that version and not the Photoshop plugin.
Can anyone see if I'm making an obvious mistake?
