Fisheye vertical setting doesn't mean "apply to image in portrait mode" but
to an image directed to zenith to generate an image that is upper half of a
spherical pano. Here your image was shot with an horizontal optical axis
(though tilted about 10° downwards), use "Fisheye Horizontal" to unwarp it.
But it will remain tilted !!!

Use a panorama / insert with pith= -10° to correct tilt at the same time you
defish.
