The .bat file does a call to java.exe.
If it's not in your PATH variable, it fails.
Open a command window and try the command java.
If it fails, add the path to it to your PATH variable or insert the full
path to java.exe in the .bat file.

Has anyone had trouble getting this software running? I downloaded the
java version but nothing happens when i click on the correct bat file. I
am on windows 2000. I have also made sure to install the jre runtime
environment.
