John, this is just a words. Everybody can write on his own site enything he
want. If you will read the latest ipoox statement you will find that their CEO
has other opinion on this matter.
The fact is fact - Ford Oxaal just made his first steps in the web with few
animated gifs in the time when Helmut Dersch already made his full software set
(which most of us, including Ford :-), are using till now) and full spherical
panoramas was spinning on his site.

BTW I have found from the archive that mr.Oxaal also "...filed a
lawsuit against us, Kodak, Nikon and Cendant..." back in 1999.
Interesting to know what Kodak and Nikon did "wrong" for him? Fisheye lens?
