have you seen Michel Thoby's tutorials on locating the nodal point of a
fisheye?

He shows clearly, that there isn't only one nodal point for a fisheye lens.
The truth is: The nodal point of a fisheye lens is moving along the
optical axis.

Maybe, this is the reason for your problem.
