Fingers faster than brain here !;-)
The tutorial I dent a few minutes ago was to defish images, not extract
rectilinear images from an equirectangular one. To do this, go to
Filter>PanoTools>Adjust.
Check Extract + Use Options;
Click on Set;
On Panorama, fill with the data of your panorama, image size and projection;
On Image, fill with the data you want it to extract (make this step four
times, each time changing the yaw from 0 to 270 in 90dg steps);
Click OK, then OK again. It will extract as many views as you want. If
you write as the sides´ sizes half of the vertical side of your pano
(assuming it is equirectangular) there will be less interpolation.
