Dave, your pano is very easy to level, center the pano in panorama 
preview window to have the reflexion (not shadow) of the camera in the 
pool right in the middle of window then apply (-)90 degrees of pitch 
numeric transform.

(-) deppends on software used Hugin or PTGui.
