Yes and no. No in that it applies to more than Guile, but yes in the
fact you are right in that these are additions to the license. I was
largely incorrect in citing it. The part I felt relevant due to my
linear thinking was the portion as it related to various parts of Java
as well as the hotspot virtual machine (and a few other assumptions).
And since Prof. Dersch A.) didn't add in the additions and B.) stated
it was in fact a distribution I'm declaring I was wrong. :c)

You are right. Up until a few weeks ago they were all GPL'd and now
the panotools libraries are LGPL'd.
