PanoTools: Problems with sticthing Zenith.... udedomenico 2006-Jul-18 00:27:14
Not sure how many times you have seen this topic but here I am with
the following question for you:
I have a problem with sticthing the zenith.

The equipment is the following:
Canon 350D and Nikkor 10.5 mm "adapted" (FOTODIOX adapter).
I have been doing some tests as I am beginners with SLRs and
yesterday I have noticed that stitching the 8th pic of the pano can
be tough.

What I am trying to say is that if you have a zenith shot with some
possible stitching points (say some buildings) then it is OK.
The problem comes when you have just blu sky with some innocent
clouds...
how do you stitch that?
PTGUI is unable to get points.
so what?
Am I supposed to run a cubic conversion and then do some photoshop to
fill up the hole?
I really hope not!
thanks for your reading and, hopefully, your help!
U.
